Explain the joke

The joke is that the junior developer does not yet understand why `git reset --hard` would be useful, but the senior developer knows it will eventually save them when the junior breaks the local codebase.It is a dangerous command because it discards local changes, but it can also be the perfect tool to wipe messy work and return to a clean previous state.
