MySaaS LOL user-submitted media license

Ownership

Submitters retain any intellectual property rights they may hold in media, captions, titles, and other content they submit. Uploading content to mysaas.lol does not transfer ownership of those rights to Amorem SAS.

Submitters are responsible for making sure they own the submitted content, have permission to submit it, or can lawfully rely on an exception such as parody, commentary, or another applicable legal basis.

Platform license

By submitting public media, the submitter grants Amorem SAS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, technically adapt, create previews and embeds from, and promote that content on or in connection with mysaas.lol.

This license lets the service operate normally: public pages, image previews, social cards, direct image links, embeds, search metadata, feeds, moderation, backups, and anti-abuse systems.

Reuse

Public media pages are designed to be viewed, linked, embedded, and shared. Reuse should keep a visible link back to the canonical mysaas.lol media page whenever practical.

This page does not grant third parties any rights beyond what the submitter can lawfully grant, what the mysaas.lol Terms allow, or what applicable law permits.

Credit

When sharing or embedding a meme from mysaas.lol, use the credit shown on the media page or a simple credit such as 'via MySaaS LOL'.

When a submitter name is available, structured metadata may use that submitter name as the creator or credit text.
