Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the mysaas.lol platform, operated by Amorem SAS, a simplified joint-stock company incorporated in France, with its registered office at 50 Rue Saint André des Arts, 75006 Paris.
mysaas.lol is a public gallery of SaaS founder memes and internet-native media. It is designed for viewing, sharing, and submitting humorous content related to SaaS culture, founder life, indie hacking, product work, and startup operations.
Acceptance
Accessing and using mysaas.lol implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using the platform.
Submitting content, interacting with media, or creating an administrator account constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force at that time. Minor users must obtain consent from their legal representative.
Access to the service
The public gallery is available free of charge. Viewing public content does not require an account. Submitting media may be available anonymously. Access to moderation tools is restricted to authorized administrator accounts.
Amorem SAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, particularly for maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal compliance, without prior notice or compensation.
User account
Creation
Administrator access is granted by magic link sent to your email address, or via Google/GitHub OAuth when enabled. You must provide a valid email address and keep your information up to date.
Security
You are responsible for keeping your login links and administrator access confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is attributable to you. Please report any unauthorized access immediately to legal@mysaas.lol.
Administration
Administrator accounts are reserved for moderation and service management. We may restrict, suspend, or revoke administrator access at any time if it is misused or no longer required.
Content and intellectual property
Your content
You retain any rights you may hold in the media and text you submit to mysaas.lol. By submitting content, you grant Amorem SAS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt for technical formats, and promote that content on and in connection with the platform.
Platform content
The mysaas.lol brand, platform design, software, editorial structure, and non-user content are the exclusive property of Amorem SAS unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Public content
Content published on mysaas.lol is intended to be publicly viewable and shareable. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not violate privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
User obligations
By using mysaas.lol, you agree not to:
›Publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or harassing content, or content that infringes third-party rights
›Upload media that contains malware, tracking payloads, or deceptive technical behavior
›Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or authorship
›Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems, moderation tools, or stored data
›Use scripts, bots, or automated means to scrape or republish the service at scale without prior written permission
›Circumvent rate limits, abuse-prevention measures, or moderation actions
Amorem SAS reserves the right to remove, hide, or delete any content that breaches these obligations, and to block related activity without notice or compensation.
Liability
User content
Amorem SAS is not responsible for content submitted or shared by users. Each submitter remains solely responsible for the information, media, and claims they make available on the platform.
Service availability
Amorem SAS makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Amorem SAS cannot be held liable for outages, content loss, moderation decisions, or indirect damages related to use of the platform.
External links
Links to third-party websites, source materials, or social platforms are provided under the responsibility of their publishers. Amorem SAS exercises no control over that external content.
Termination
At our initiative
Amorem SAS may hide, remove, or permanently delete content, and may suspend associated interaction rights or administrator accounts, at any time in case of abuse, legal risk, infringement claims, or violation of these Terms.
At your initiative
If you are an administrator and wish to stop using your account, you may request account removal by contacting us. For anonymous submissions, self-service deletion is not guaranteed, but you may still contact us regarding a specific publication.
Changes
Amorem SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest update date appears at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we may notify administrators by email or post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
