Explain the joke

The joke is that the light switches are placed exactly where you would instinctively expect them based on the male and female restroom symbols: two switches on the woman’s chest and one at the man’s groin.It takes the UX principle of making an interface “intuitive” and self-explanatory to an absurdly literal level.
